Update....

A little bit of news from the last week of training, went for a 50 mile ride yesterday back on the Etape Cymru route from last week up to the Horseshoe Pass in Llangollen and back home, thankfully really good weather unlike today :(

Not going to get a chance to get out on the bike before our ride on Friday. I hope we will be fit enough and ready.  No choice anyway,  we are on !!!!!!!!

I had forgotten that while we are doing this another big bike ride is going on too. The Tour Of Britain. Unfortunately Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish had to pull out of the west2east ride.  I think they were too chicken to be honest.  Never mind lads, you would have slowed us down anyway ;)

Weather forecast is still looking OKish.   Fingers crossed.
