Training ride. Extra lumpy
Great 42 mile ride last night. Distance was 42 but the hills were a great challenge. A set of 4 and some with 20% gradient. My legs felt that this morning. Mmmm. Why do I get the urge to do it again soon ;)

Training continues...
Great Sunday morning run with Clayton today, fastest 70 miles we have done and I think we are looking in good shape for the 400 miles. We are going to try and complete the west to east trip in 4 days now and we have finally booked the time, we will now complete the journey to the starting point in St.Davids on Thursday 19th September and start riding early Friday morning 100 miles a day.
